We’re looking for a Senior – Finance & Accounts professional to strengthen our financial backbone. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support leadership with reliable financial insights. Review current bookkeeping, reconciliations, and statutory compliance status

Familiarize yourself with GST, TDS filings, vendor processes, and payroll workflows

Assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement

Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants

Lead monthly book closing and ensure timely preparation of financial statements and MIS

Manage general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR processes

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

Strengthen vendor payment processes and employee reimbursement workflows

Support budgeting and forecasting exercises

Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax and compliance matters

Own end-to-end accounting operations and statutory compliance

Establish strong financial controls and audit readiness processes

Improve cash flow monitoring and coordinate effectively with banks/financial institutions

Manage documentation and compliance for cross-border and international transactions (FEMA basics)

Support leadership with financial analysis and business insights

Build scalable processes aligned with company growth

Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

4–7 years of relevant accounting & finance experience (startup/tech preferred)

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Experience in book closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Familiarity with cross-border payments and FEMA basics

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar)

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Experience supporting startup scaling phases

Exposure to financial planning and forecasting models

Experience coordinating with multiple external auditors/consultants

Strong documentation and process-improvement mindset

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Process-driven but adaptable in evolving environments

Comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision

Proactive in identifying risks and solving problems

A strong communicator who can simplify financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
